i'm behind and i know. stop reminding me!

hopefully everyone had a good 4th of july!! i had to spend part of the holiday at work, then i joined jeff at his extended family's BBQ and firework get-together. i was pretty nervous to meet the rest of his relatives, i kept wondering if they'd like me and hoping i wouldn't do or say anything too awful... it was a good time though. it got pretty windy and rained a little bit during our BBQ, so we stayed inside for a little bit. the driveway fireworks extravaganza was just superb, i think his aunt bought $200 worth of fireworks. so here i am, blogging again. life has been super busy and crazy!! i haven't been on the internet for probably a good 3 weeks. work, work, work takes over a decent portion of my life and it is hard to find a lot of time to get online anymore. i will have to get on another day and write about my recent trip to san francisco. but until then, i leave you with a picture of jeff and i roasting hotdogs at our weiner roast back at the end of may.
